Eva Longoria travels with Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn to Cartagena, Colombia to meet with Catalina Escobar, founder and director of Juan Felipe Gomez Escobar Foundation "Juanfe". In conditions of extreme poverty and lack of resources, Juanfe represents hope for the pregnant girls, some of whom are only 12 years old. Once enrolled, the young women get immersed in a holistic model that includes health care, intensive therapy, education, family planning, vocational training, daycare center, and a medical clinic that has served more than 84,000 residents in the barrio community.
